Registration fees include:
Admission to Scientific Sessions

Welcome Reception at London Aquarium on Wednesday, 14 November
Gala Dinner preceded by reception at the House of Lords on Thursday, 15 November (full registration fees only).
Daily Registration Fees do not include the Gala Dinner ticket.

Payment
Payment should be made in advance of the Meeting by one of the following methods:
 
• MasterCard/Visa/AMEX Please note that all fees will be charged at the actual rate at the time of the transaction  No other credit cards can be accepted.  
• Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to Confab Consulting re: ABN
Please note: Payment for registration needs to be made by the closing date 04 November 2007 or your registration will be considered as an 'on-site' registration and therefore charged at the higher on-site registration price.
   
 
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Event Secretariat, Confab Consulting Ltd to abnautumn07@confab-consulting.co.uk
Cancellations will be accepted until 28 October with a refund as follows:
•E-mailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 1 October  – Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
•E-mailed, faxed or postmarked from  1 October –  28 October  – 50% refund
•E-mailed, faxed or postmarked after  28 October – No refunds will be given.
 
 
Confirmations and Joining Instructions
An electronic  invoice/receipt will be sent to you once you have completed the on-line registration. This also serves as confirmation of your registration. In addition, final delegate information will be sent to you  electronically in October 2007 to assist with your attendance at the meeting and visit to London.  Please ensure you submit  your correct email address when registering.
