GENERAL INFORMATION
This year the ABN Spring Meeting is hosting a joint meeting with the British Society for Clinical Neurophysiology (BSCN). The meeting will be held in the Croke Park Conference Centre, located in Croke Park Stadium, Dublin, Ireland.
This will be only the second visit of the ABN to Dublin, the first being in 1964, when a considerably smaller ABN had a reception in the home of Dr Eddie Martin!
Certificate of Attendance
An official Certificate of Attendance will be provided for all registered
delegates.

Exhibition
An exhibition is being held in conjunction with the Meeting and will take place in the Hogan Suite Foyer, Level 5, which is adjacent to the Main Session Hall. In addition to the trade exhibits, continuous tea and coffee will be served in this area and lunches will also be served within the exhibition area.

Insurance
The registration fees do not include the Insurance of participants
against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party,
theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are
advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel,
accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.

The language of the Meeting is English

The Scientific Posters will be displayed in The Hogan Mezzanine Foyer located on Level 4.

Dress : Lounge Suits
The ABN gala dinner will take place in The Round Room at The Mansion House. Situated in the heart of Dublin, adjacent to the Lord Mayor’s residence. Built in 1710 for Joshua Dawson after whom Dawson Street was named, The Mansion House was bought by Dublin Corporation in 1715 and became the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Dublin.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue and not immediately outside the main entrance. Smoking is NOT allowed in any public indoor areas in Dublin.
Travel
Dublin is extremely accessibly by both air and sea, with Dublin Airport, Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire Harbour within easy access to the city.
Croke Park is situated in north Dublin between Drumcondra and Ballybough and is bordered by Jones's Road to the west, Clonliffe Road to the north, St. James Avenue to the east and the Royal Canal to the south.
The stadium is well served by public transport.
Bus, Rail, DART and LUAS can all bring you to within 15 minutes walk from the ground. Connolly Station 2km, Heuston Station 3.5km and Dublin International Airport 7km. And, at just 1.5km from the City Centre, Shopping and Sight-Seeing are close by.
Travelling from Dublin Airport
By Car : Travel down the M1 to the Whitehall Crossroad. Go straight through and follow the road through Drumcondra. At the end of the Drumcondra Road Lower, turn left onto Clonliffe Road and then right at Jones’s Road.
By Bus: A public bus from the Airport will take you to Drumcondra Road
By Taxi: Taxis are the best option for door to door service.
