Registration fees include:

• Daily Registration Fees do NOT include the Gala Dinner Ticket
Payment
Payment should be made in advance of the Meeting by one of the following methods:
MasterCard/Visa/AMEX. Please note that all fees will be charged at the actual rate at the time of the transaction. NO other credit cards can be accepted.
Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to Confab Consulting re: ABN
Please note: Payment for registration needs to be made by the closing date 17 March 2008 or your registration will be considered as an “on-site” registration and therefore charged at the higher or on-site registration price.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Event Secretariat, Confab Consulting Ltd to HYPERLINK "mailto:abn@confab-consulting.co.uk" abn@confab-consulting.co.uk
Cancellations will be accepted until 10 March with a refund as follows :
• E-mailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 18 February 2008 – Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
• E-mailed, faxed or postmarked from 18 February – 10 March – 50% refund
• E-mailed, faxed or postmarked after 10 March – No refunds will be given
Confirmations and Joining Instructions
An electronic invoice/receipt will be sent o you once you have completed the on-line registration. This also serves as confirmation of your registration. In addition, final delegate information will be sent to you electronically in February 2008 to assist with your attendance at the meeting and visit to Dublin. Please ensure you submit your correct email address when registering.

In the event of cancellation of the meeting all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Meeting does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
