TRAVEL TO ST MARTIN-IN-THE-FIELDS:
St Martin-in-the-Fields is at the north eastern corner of Trafalgar Square. Any bus bound for the Strand or Charing Cross Road will bring you to their door. Alternatively, take the underground to Charing Cross or Leicester Square and follow the signs to the National Gallery.
Please enter via The Crypt which is directly next to the Church.

TRAVEL TO LEEDS MARRIOTT HOTEL:
The hotel is situated in Leeds city centre and easily accessible from Leeds City Railway Station and Leeds City Bus Station.
Driving Directions:
From South & West: Exit M621 at J3 follow signs for city centre (A653). With the Energis building on left, turn right at the lights. Pass Asda Head Office on left and turn left at the traffic lights. Follow the road over the bridge. Straight on at the traffic lights onto Lower Briggate, turn left at the next traffic lights (McDonalds is straight ahead). After 20 yds turn left into Trevelyan Square between Toni & Guy and Fast Signs.
From North & East: Follow the city centre loop and exit at J16 onto Lower Briggate and follow as above.
Car parking is available in the NCP car park adjacent to the hotel. NCP charges apply.
LANGUAGE
English is the official language of the course.
REGISTRATION
On-site registration will start for both events one hour prior to the start of the scientific programme. The registration desk and meeting secretariat will be located directly outside the session hall where all sessions will take place. Please make your way to this desk in order to collect your registration badge and relevant meeting materials.
REFRESHMENTS
Tea and coffee and lunch will be served during the official breaks for all registered delegates.
